Buyer FAQs
How do I match the C-24 end or vertical connection?
Provide the bar orientation, end position, profile and surrounding clearance. Confirm body dimensions, insertion depth and retention method against the C-24 drawing; appearance alone does not establish interchangeable fit.
How do I confirm the matching bar and glass dimensions?
Send the actual bar profile and outside dimensions, plus glass thickness where the fitting contacts glass. Confirm insertion depth, clearances and any glass preparation against the supplier drawing before fabrication.
Which parts are included in the supply?
Request an itemized list of bars, connectors, caps, glass-contact gaskets, screws and mounting fittings. Confirm which parts are supplied with this model and which must be ordered separately.
Can the model name establish the assembly load rating?
No. The model name does not establish a load rating or suitability for every project. Provide panel dimensions, support-bar span, fixing surfaces and the full connection layout so the complete arrangement can be checked.
What is needed for a quotation?
Send C-24 Slim Vertical Bar Connector, quantity, bar dimensions, glass specification, connection drawing, required finish and delivery address with postcode. Include photographs when replacing existing hardware.
